This medication can harm your unborn child if taken during pregnancy. To avoid becoming pregnant, use a birth control method that works. Inform your doctor right away if you think you may have become pregnant while taking the medication.

While you are taking this medication, you should not take ketoconazole (Nizoral®) or itraconazole (Sporanox®). Any of them when taken with this medication could make it more likely that serious side effects will occur.
